In memory of Louise Dunnachie

So far we have raised

£8,157.00

Louise was my wonderful wife and mother of our 3 children. Louise was a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a colleague, a neighbour.... she was so many things to so many people around her.

She was diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2014, regretfully we found that she was Triple Negative and that this complicated the situation and ultimately restricted the available treatment options.

Over the following months, our understanding of Louise's predicament increased and she became inspired to contribute to ongoing research focused entirely on breast cancer and how to prevent it, detect it and treat it more effectively.
Ultimately Louise wanted to be part of learning how to control and outwit this awful disease.

Tragically, Louise passed away on the 5th of January 2015.
As a family, we would appreciate if you could contribute and help us all to try to achieve Louise's vision.

Many thanks,
Paul, Hannah, Alex & Grace.

Tomorrow will be the saddest anniversary, Louise, and you'll be gone from all who loved you for one year. I still can't believe it. I can only hope that this small donation, once long ago enough to bring a smile to your face and a tear to your eye, will help bring your vision of a cure for this awful disease at least one day closer. God Bless

A long time ago, Louise, a wee gift like this brought a smile to your face, a lump to your throat, and a tear to your eyes. Now the tears are in mine, but your smile stays on in memory. I hope this donation helps to fight this awful disease, and helps towards achieving your vision. God Bless.
