3 Peaks Challenge Menopausal Madness

If anyone knows me, I don't like exercise, however, I have set myself a personal challenge to get me through this mental menopause and help my beautiful friend in return. I am walking up Sugar Loaf Mountain, Pen y Fan and then Snowdonia! I know, Snowdonia!!!!! You may be thinking that, she won't make that, and you may be right, however, I am going to have a go!
