In memory of Sarah Louise Jacobi

Sarah Louise Jacobi - a loved and missed daughter, sister, wife, friend and proud cat mum, lost her incredibly brave battle with breast cancer on 30th June 2017, aged 26 years old.

Sarah was beautiful inside and out, with a warm and loving heart, a brave soul and a smile that would light up a room.

I have never met anyone that loved life as much as Sarah, even when times were hard. Sarah always had a smile on her face and appreciated every moment.

Sarah was Assistant Business Manager for a well known beauty brand and a beauty blogger, who loved nothing more than spreading joy and empowering others to feel beautiful.

Fundraising and giving back was so important to Sarah, and upon her diagnosis, she wanted to help other young people in a similar situation and let them know that they were not alone.

Sarah taught us all to live life to the full, no matter what, and that life is worth fighting for.

In memory of Sarah, we have created this fund for a cause which was so close to Sarah’s heart.
