Gwyneth finally lost her seven year battle with breast cancer on 8 April 2011 after it spread to the lining of her brain. In the process she had endured three courses of chemotherapy, two courses of radiotherapy and four operations.
This fund has been set up to support research in her name, so that hopefully in the future others will not have to endure what she had to and other families will not have to suffer the loss that we have.
