I will be running the Liverpool marathon in October 2012, I intend to beat my Dads best time (1992) and complete the run in under 4 Hours.

Over the years I have seen my family raise and run on many occations and it has always been a great inspiration. This is in part why i aim to beat my dads time/run under 4 hours. The other part is due to a bet we had after a couple pints.

As im sure everyone is aware we have become affiliated with breakthrough for a number of years now and it was mum who kicked of all this amazing fundraising.

It would be wonderful to continue to raise money for such an amazing cause and im asking for as much help as possible to do so!

In October I will be supporting pink when I run 26.2miles around Liverpool. I would love to have everyone there with me whether it be supporting by donation, kind messages or by coming to liverpool. Breakthrough has helped in so many ways to so many people and it would be wonderful to raise a bit of cash for them.

    This is a donation is from a lovely Irish man I met working at O'neils northampton. I got talking to him and he was so friendly, introduced me to his family and everything. I forget how we got talking about running but I explained I was doing the liverpool marathon. He told me to stop a minute, to which he got out his wallet and produced a £10 note. He said to put that towards my fundraising. this is how lovely, generous and drunk people can be. This lovely man is Jarlath Hunt. Thank you sir :)
