Great North Run 2018

I secured a place earlier this year in the 2018 Great North Run with the intention of raising money for a good cause. I have decided to do this in memory of my beautiful friend Tracey Keers and to raise money for the charity Breast Cancer Now.

Tracey bravely battled breast cancer with true courage and determination and she constantly supported others with this disease. However Tracey tragically lost her fight in April 2018.

I wish to fundraise for Breast Cancer Now to help provide funds for vital cutting-edge research into the disease, to raise awareness and to campaign for greater access to life-saving and life-extending treatments.

Tracey inspired me in so many ways and she taught me a lot. Running for Tracey will be a privilege and an important way to remember her and add to her legacy of always helping and caring for others.
