London Duathlon

Nina and I are taking part in the London Duathlon to raise money for Breast Cancer Now in memory of our Mum, Linda. We have recently reached the milestone of raising over £50,000 in her memory but we don’t want to stop there. It’s been 10 years since my last big challenge (the London Marathon), which I completed shortly after turning 30 and just before Mum would have been 60. So it felt fitting to take part in another big challenge in my 40th year and just after Mum’s 70th.
A multi-discipline event is a first for both Nina and I so any support would be gratefully received as well as motivation for navigating us through the 5km run - 22km bike - 5km run course!
