In memory of Deborah Cope & David Mundey

As you know we are approaching 1 year since we lost Deb and Dad (David). We cannot believe where the time has gone and the loss does not get any easier one year on.
But to remember them this anniversary year, I will be doing a few more runs and wearing the Breast Cancer Now vest with pride.
Starting with the Manchester Marathon this Sunday 3rd of April (not ready for this through injury) but I'll turn up and walk if I have to !!
In May, I will be doing The Lap, which is a trail 47 mile ultra marathon.
In September it's the Great North Run
Then in October, back to London for the London Marathon.
I will then sign off for now with the charity runs, but it will be great to finish on a high with my fund raising for this charity that has been so supportive to us as a family.
I know we are all feeling the pinch with soaring costs increases due to gas, electric, food and fuel costs. But if you can find a little in your pockets to give to this amazing cause, it will really appreciated.
