In memory of Anne Rogers
So far we have raised
£3,410.00
In memory of:
Georgina Anne Rogers -22/11/1950 - 31/03/2011.
Beautiful, Kind, caring, generous, best dressed, well travelled, queen of clean, lover of sun, chocolate and good food (cooked by others!), best bargain hunter in the South of Wales, great shopper, maker of the best Irish coffee ever!!! Talented hairdresser and much loved Mum and Wife.
This is a tribute page to one of the most wonderful human beings, dignified and selfless and always putting others before herself. She didn't believe in expensive flowers and always wanted money to be spent towards charity to do good in life and benefit others.
This page is therefore here to do good in her memory as she did in her life. Something positive to look at when we remember her and to make a difference and a stand against this evil disease and to find a cure.
In October 2012 I ran the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for the fund (a total of £577) and plan to continue with the fundraising in a different way each year. A huge thank you to everyone that has donated and sponsored money so far.
Please make a donation to remember my Mum, light a candle and share stories and memories in the Journal and sign and leave messages in the visitor book as many as possible. All will be greatly appreciated. xxx
