In memory of Alma Margetts

19.08.1930 to 09.05.2019
Mum was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in early 2016. This came barely a year after losing her youngest daughter, my sister, to breast cancer. Mum's treatment was very successful for three years, but sadly she also suffered age-related heart problems and died peacefully in her sleep in the wee early hours of Thursday May 9th 2019.
Funeral flowers may look pretty for a while, but any money donated to Breast Cancer Care in memory of my lovely Mum will be money better spent in my book.
I also had breast cancer in 1995, and was lucky enough to have met Betty so know first hand how much difference a bit of emotional support from someone who has been there can make. Thank you all, Alison xXx
