In loving memory of my gorgeous friend Emma who's last wish was that no-one should die from breast cancer. Emma was an absolute inspiration and I hope to honour her memory by raising vital funds for Breast Cancer Now. So loved, so missed. Shine bright lovely girl - you will live in my heart forever. Xxxx
